Article 3: Purpose of Obtaining and Using Personal Information

In this service, personal information is obtained and used for the following purposes:

Article 4: Management of Personal Information

We will take necessary measures to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, such as maintaining and managing security systems, and thoroughly educating employees, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information, and will implement appropriate security measures to ensure strict management of personal information.

Article 5: Disclosure of Personal Information

If a customer requests disclosure of personal information, we will promptly disclose it only to the customer. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, we may not disclose all or part of the information, and if we decide not to disclose it, we will notify the customer promptly:

If a customer’s personal information held by us is incorrect, the customer may request correction or deletion of the personal information through the procedure established by us.

If we determine that it is necessary to respond to a customer’s request for correction or deletion, we will promptly correct or delete the personal information based on the request and notify the customer accordingly.

Article 9: Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

If a customer requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information due to reasons such as handling of personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use or acquisition by fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct necessary investigations based on the results and suspend use or delete the personal information accordingly, and notify the customer of the results. However, if it is costly to suspend use or deletion of personal information, or if it is difficult to do so, alternative measures will be taken.

Article 10: Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Changes to the Privacy Policy

We will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other norms applicable to personal information held.

The contents of the Privacy Policy may be changed without notifying users.

Unless otherwise specified by this service, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
